Hello all. You might know that I'm in the one state of Australia that is still under stage 4 quarantine. I'm in one of the highest areas of infection, and when I moved house I just swapped one high area for another. This obviously sucks. I've been in quarantine since March when I came back from a wedding in South Australia and immediately isolated.
You'd think with all this time I could get so much work done. At some points I have. At others, and by that I mean a majority of it, I've felt pretty isolated and lonely. I do live alone now, which I love, but it is a very solitary affair. I don't feel great.
On Thursday I went to get my T shot, which I get every 10 weeks. It was nice to do something different and then get stabbed in the butt. You still see people not wearing masks at all, which is baffling. On the positive, my doctor sent my referral to get my hysterectomy - something I've wanted for years - because of dysphoria and pain issues. It's going to hurt a lot to get out but then it's done and over with!
Shout out to my cats who smoosh my every night and purr like little chainsaws. They both turned 9 years old within a month of each other. I learned that Invar is terrified of Gollum while we were watching Lord of the Rings. I won't spoil the ending for him.

The last few days have been quite stressful. My cat Geisha came down with cat flu. It was likely triggered by the stress of the move, so she has some antibiotics to prevent any opportunistic infections.

Today's task though: TAXES. WHAT MONEY CAN I GET BACK ON A TAX RETURN. HALP.

I can't believe it. This is my first published website. I made one in my Diploma of Arts on WordPress and this is so much better! The WordPress one was pretty terrible...
